With my previous co-owned dogs now enjoying their well-earned retirement, it's time to welcome some new families into the Lone Pine Miniature American Shepherd program!

At Lone Pine, we're passionate about preserving and improving our beloved breed while producing dogs with wonderful temperaments, sound structure, versatility, and the potential to excel in a variety of settings.

 

I'm looking for a few special families who would love to partner with me as we develop the next generation of Lone Pine dogs. There are several ways to become involved, depending on your interests, lifestyle, and goals!

 

🐾 Show & Performance Prospects

Have you ever dreamed of being part of the dog show world? I'm looking for families interested in co-owning promising young dogs and potentially exploring conformation, Fast CAT, scent work, herding, or other activities. You don't have to be an experienced exhibitor! I'm happy to provide guidance and mentorship along the way.

 

🐾 Future Breeding Partners

For the right families, co-ownership can also offer an opportunity to be involved in the future of the Lone Pine breeding program. These partnerships help me continue developing the next generation while ensuring our dogs enjoy loving homes and individual attention.

 

🐾 Guardian Homes

Not everyone wants to compete, and that's perfectly fine! My Guardian Home program is designed for families who want a wonderful Miniature American Shepherd as a cherished member of their household while partnering with me in my breeding program. Guardian families provide the everyday love, care, and companionship, while I retain the agreed-upon breeding rights under our Guardian Home arrangement.

I'm looking for families who love their dogs, value responsible breeding, communicate openly, and want to build a lasting relationship with their breeder. Whether you're excited about the show ring or simply want to open your heart and home to a special dog, there may be an opportunity for you at Lone Pine.

You don't need to know everything about dog shows or breeding. You just need to love the breed, be willing to work together, and want to be part of something special.
